Both life coaching and business consulting include:
Personalized, one-on-one sessions
Helping you figure out what you really want, setting values-aligned strategic goals, building out a viable action plan to achieve those goals, and infrastructure support to set you up for long-term success
Radical imagining and intentional action. Sometimes, we’ll whiteboard and brainstorm, and other times we’ll screenshare and work through the details of a specific challenge or task
Homework assignments designed to build on our work together
Solution-focused explorations of how the political and the personal might interfere with your professional goals
Accountability, compassion, and care

Sessions are $275 for 45 minutes. You can pay as you go, or commit to 6 sessions up front at a discounted rate of $1500. Sliding scale is also available, so if this doesn’t feel accessible for you, let’s talk about it during our discovery call.
